Prelaunch of BRUSSELS MEETS BRIGHTON Exhibition THE BASEMENT / Brighton / UK / March 2008 16 Musicians / 7 visual artists / over internet / radio broadcasted Hosted in the PIT space, the METAHUB was composed of 9 musicians and 5 video artists. The musicians were playing improvised music with 7 belgian musicians over Internet with NINJAM, 3 hours of concert and interviews were broadcasted in real time on RadioReverb. The visuals were perfomed by two VJ's, two video artists and a cameras manager. Video feeds were provided by wireless cctv's, embodied wireless cameras and a shoulder camera. The video mixouts were screened on several tv sets and big screens in the two other rooms of the venue. Metahubers were interracting with other performers from the event, filming them, collecting interviews and sound samples. |
